One of the most important decisions you make in the home selling or buying process is the agent or Realtor that you hire.  It is often hard to tell ahead of time how efficient or responsive an agent will be.  Checking out an agent's references can help make that decision easier.

If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Tucson, I would be happy to help you.  Here are some references from past clients.  More available upon request.

Dedicated and Knowledgeable

Robin is so dedicated and knowledgeable in what she does! Without her expertise and perseverance, this difficult Short Sale would never have gone through. She is truly an expert. At times my team of Lawyers looked to her for insight and guidance. I was often amazed at how she could return my phone calls and emails so quickly and she always had an answer or explanation. Her Short Sale Commander site is awesome. We enjoyed following and looking for daily or weekly updates and were able to rest assured she was doing the best she could to push through this long and seemingly impossible journey.

So from bottom of our hearts, thank you Robin!

We are so glad that we had Robin!

When we decided to short sale our house we knew that picking out a Realtor would be a very important decision.  We did some research on the internet and found Robin.  She seemed to know so much about the whole process, so we decided to go with her.  It was the best decision that we made

She spent hours and hours on the phone with the banks and loan officers.  There were a few unexpected bumps along the way with the buyer and she had a way of smoothing those out.  There were many times during the process that we would think about selling our house and feel overwhelmed.  Then we would say to each other, "We are so glad that we have Robin!" Now after our house is sold, we say even more enthusiastically, "We are so glad that we had Robin!"  We would recommend her to anyone that is wanting to sell their home.  It is the best decision that we made!

Understanding and Efficient - Successful Sale

Tough economic times forced us to close our business, and we were shocked when later my husband was laid off with no notice whatsoever, not even a hint to better prepare our family for tough times.  We had thought to weather the storm despite the fact we had a variable mortgage and a line of credit figuring the housing market would eventually right itself, but that was before we became an incomeless family with children.

Not wanting to be caught unawares again, we decided to sell the house before we lost it to foreclosure.  It was a hard process to start, not so much physical as emotional.  Robin was very understanding and possessed a wealth of information that made us more comfortable with the short sale process.  Though it was difficult talking with the banks at first to make them aware of the situation, it got easier as time went on.  There was a lot of downtime in the process, the waiting torturous, where it felt like nothing was moving and no one was interested, but eventually we found buyers and the banks started working with us to approve the sale.

The process took us six months with one buyer falling through.  We were devestated by that and felt hopeless though Robin did her best to reassure us we would find more buyers and the house would sell.  She was right.  Barely a week later we did find more buyers and the process started again.  There was only so much a homeowner could do since they held all the cards, but Robin was so efficient in monitoring the banks' evaluation process and reminding them of our situation that I think it played a huge part in the final approval and the amount of time it took.

We are relieved and very grateful to have found such a professional and lifelong friend in Robin Willis and would highly recommend her to anyone who needs advice or representation in similar circumstances.
