When we decided to short sale our house we knew that picking out a Realtor would be a very important decision. We did some research on the internet and found Robin. She seemed to know so much about the whole process, so we decided to go with her. It was the best decision that we made.
She spent hours and hours on the phone with the banks and loan officers. There were a few unexpected bumps along the way with the buyer and she had a way of smoothing those out. There were many times during the process that we would think about selling our house and feel overwhelmed. Then we would say to each other, "We are so glad that we have Robin!"
